Annual unclaimed funds notice

Dear customers,

The law requires that Tolomeo Bank International Corp., turn over to its regulatory entity, the Office of the Commissioner of Financial Institutions, any unclaimed funds deemed abandoned for a period exceeding five (5) years. These funds will be remitted to the Office of the Commissioner of Financial Institutions of Puerto Rico on December 10 of each year. Money and other liquid assets that are abandoned or unclaimed will be accepted for payment up to November 30 of each year.
